The Deal Promise
Every deal ships with a signed snapshot of the features and limits at purchase. If a vendor materially downgrades, eligible buyers get auto store credit.
Deal-specific refund windows
Each deal page states its configured refund window. Your purchased order records the eligibility deadline. The default is 30 days only where no deal-specific window is configured. External marketplace purchases follow the seller’s policy.
Vendor health monitored
We ping every deal every 6 hours and track support response time. Composite Health Score is shown on every page.
Forever Code Vault
All your purchase codes and license keys live in your account forever — copy, transfer once, or re-issue if lost.
Purchase-linked review verification
A Verified Buyer badge requires a recorded, linked LemDeals purchase. Older or imported reviews are not labelled verified buyers without that evidence. Vendors cannot edit review content.
Built on enterprise infra
Encrypted data, role-based access, and audit logs on every action.
Vendor risk bands
Every vendor is publicly scored and placed in a risk band based on integrity signals, response time, and code-pool health. See the methodology on our risk-bands page.
Every Promise change versioned
When a vendor updates limits, features, or pricing we snapshot the Promise so you can prove what was sold on day one.
