Refund Policy

Your deal’s refund window
Check the configured refund window on the deal page before purchase and the eligibility deadline recorded on your order. Eligible orders can be refunded from your account; the code is revoked. The default is 30 days only when no deal-specific window is configured.
After your refund window
Contact the vendor first. If they don't resolve within their stated SLA, contact us at hello@lemdeals.com. External marketplace purchases follow that seller’s policy.
Credits
Store credits are non-refundable for cash but never expire while your account is active.
Bundles
Bundles can only be refunded as a whole within the eligibility window recorded on the bundle order; individual deals from a bundle cannot be partially refunded.
