About LemDeals
LemDeals is a marketplace for lifetime software deals operated by Pearl Lemon Ltd ("we", "us"). By purchasing on LemDeals you agree to these terms.
What you're buying
A lifetime licence to a third-party SaaS product, subject to the vendor's own terms (linked on each deal page) and our Promise. The vendor — not LemDeals — provides the software.
30-day refund
Eligible purchases can be self-refunded within 30 days for any reason from your account. After 30 days, refunds are at the vendor's discretion.
Promise breach credit
If a vendor materially downgrades a feature or limit you bought, we automatically credit your LemDeals account with $10 of store credit per affected deal.
Account security
You're responsible for keeping your password and codes safe. Codes can be transferred once and re-issued if lost; contact support.
Prohibited use
No reselling codes, no chargebacks without contacting us first, no fraudulent payments. Violations forfeit unredeemed credits and may close your account.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. You agree to attempt resolution with us directly before any formal action.
