Vendor Agreement

Eligibility
You must be 18+ and the authorised representative of the company you list. We do not accept vendors based in sanctioned jurisdictions (OFAC/EU/UK lists).
Revenue share
LemDeals retains 50% of net revenue (after refunds, processing fees, and tax). Payouts are issued monthly on the 1st for the prior month.
The Promise
You commit to honour the features and limits in the published Promise snapshot for the lifetime of each licence sold. Material downgrades trigger automatic buyer credits debited from your next payout.
Support SLA
You agree to respond to buyer questions within your stated SLA hours (default 48). Persistent breach can pause your deals.
Code delivery
You must keep an adequate code pool (or webhook integration) to fulfil purchases within 24 hours.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. Outstanding refund and credit obligations survive termination.
